Spa Etiquette

At Classic Image Skin Care & Day Spa, our goal is to provide you with the most relaxing spa experience from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. For the comfort of yourself and others, please turn your mobile phone to off or vibrate mode. Your co-operation in providing all clients a quiet environment is kindly appreciated.

To ensure you have the most satisfying spa experience, please don’t hesitate to express any preferences, expectations or concerns. It is important to communicate any health information to your aesthetician or therapist.


To enjoy the full benefits of your visit with us, it is important to arrive on time. In consideration of all our clients, late arrivals may have their appointments shortened.


We recommend that all appointments be booked well in advance to avoid disappointment. However, our staff will do our best to accommodate all of our clients’ requests.

Cancellation Policy

Since your appointments are reserved for you, we kindly ask for a minimum 24-hour notice when it is necessary to reschedule or cancel. This gives time to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for a reservation. Last minute cancellations, or clients who don’t show up for their reservation, will be subject to a fee (50% of scheduled service for less than 24-hour notice and 100% of scheduled service for no shows).

For appointments of over $100, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice and a credit card number to hold your reservation.

Less than 2 hours notice is considered a no show.

Payment Options

We accept CASH, DEBIT, VISA, MASTERCARD and CLASSIC IMAGE GIFT CARDS as methods of payment. All prices are subject to HST. Gratuities are not included. All prices are subject to change without notice.
