Registered Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is a comprehensive intervention involving a range of techniques to manipulate the soft tissues and joints of the body. The purpose of massage therapy is to prevent, develop, maintain, rehabilitate, or augment physical function or relieve pain. It is a clinically-oriented health option that achieves undeniable results in the relief of an array of discomforts stemming from stress, muscular overuse, and many chronic pain syndromes.
Our massages encourage relaxation, healing, and well-being. Our therapist (RMT) combines a variety of techniques to promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and reduce anxiety.
NOTE: We have accommodations for couples massage when booked well in advance.

Hot Stone Therapy
Hot stone therapy is a variation on classic massage therapy that uses smooth, heated stones. They are often basalt, a black volcanic rock that absorbs and retains heat well. The heat of the stones is both deeply relaxing and helps tight muscles release. This type of therapy is excellent for those who cannot tolerate deep tissue work, such as those with fibromyalgia.

NeuroPad – Neuromuscular Massage Pad
Neuromuscular massage travels through your sympathetic nervous system, and after the completion of a treatment your system will become unblocked. This type of massage reaches problem areas of pain or tension in your body and gradually travels through your entire body. Repeated sessions will significantly reduce the harmful effects of accumulated stress and chronic pain.
As our current lifestyles rarely allow us enough time to unwind, the NeuroPad can provide the deep relaxation day after day that eliminates accumulated stress and its harmful effects.
